Mark Dawson

Mark Dawson is the Chief Executive Officer of bluefrog Plumbing + Drain® in Tempe, Arizona. Mark’s career includes more than 20 years of franchise success. Prior to becoming the CEO for bluefrog Plumbing + Drain®, he served as CEO and President of Home Brands Group, the parent company for Re-Bath® and 5 Day Kitchens™, a $175 million dollar franchise system.

While there, he was in charge of resurrecting companies that had been affected by the severe housing crunch in 2009-2011. Mark also served as the President of Glass Doctor, where he provided executive leadership for a $145 million franchise system. He was also a franchise owner of two Glass Doctor locations and one plumbing location—which were all in Tennessee.

Mark attributes his professional success to his refined core competencies, such as visionary leadership, key partnership development, budget and sales forecasting expertise, experience in organizational revitalization and franchisee relations, and drive for team building and innovation.

Over the course of his extensive career, he has earned multiple awards for his leadership performance, including:

  • Don Dwyer Excellence Award (2006)
  • Multi-Franchisee of the Year (2003)
  • Franchisee of the Year (2000)

In 2008, Mark was named one of the 50 Most Influential People in the Glass Industry by Glass Magazine. He also received the prestigious Glass Doctor Sales Leader of the Year award for a population under 500,000 in 1997, 1998 & 1999.

Jeff Moody

Jeff Moody is the President and COO of bluefrog Plumbing + Drain®. After graduating from Baylor University, Jeff served 13 years as the CFO for a holding company with a diverse group of investments, including aviation, international real estate development, auto racing, and commercial real estate.

He left to become the president and owner of a company specializing in technology infrastructure and computer hardware / software. In late 2004, Jeff began a career in franchising, serving as a business consultant. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations for the largest franchisee-based plumbing and drain cleaning company in North America. Jeff holds the CFE designation (Certified Franchise Executive).

With a personal motto of “business is all about results,” Jeff is focused on enhancing the performance of our franchise partners by executing our blueservice Standards and building the bluefrog Plumbing + Drain® brand. He is the proud father of two beautiful, sweet, smart daughters, both of whom are attending Baylor University.

Jack Pruitt

In 1992, Jack Pruitt started his franchising career by purchasing a plumbing franchise from one of the largest franchisee-based plumbing and drain companies in North America. Jack operated his business for 15 years and is a Master Licensed Plumber. Shortly thereafter, He added a restoration franchise to his portfolio. He owned and operated two very successful and profitable franchises for more than a decade and a half, earning several awards for each one.

Jack was a model franchisee, and most prospects were directed his way to view his operation. After 15 years, he sold his operation and proceeded to work for another large franchise organization. He started out as a franchise business consultant for a national plumbing brand and shortly grew to become the franchise business consultant for three different national brands—including plumbing, electrical, and central heating and air.

Jack grew to become the Operations Specialist of the franchise. With a focus on enhancing the client experience, he took on a new role: training. He was one of the premier trainers for all three brands in North America and Canada. Today, Jack is focused on enhancing the performance of our franchise partners by executing our blueservice Standards and building the brand.
